This appeal preferred under order 43 Rule 1 of the CPC arises from the order dated 8th April 2003 made by the City Civil Judge Ahmedabad below application Exh 6 in civil suit no 5827/2001 of 2001.

No ground for interference is made out. Hence, dismissed.

The appellant submits that the interim that the interim stay granted , pending this appeal , be continued. Learned advocate Mr. Shukla objects to the ad –interim stay being continued. The request is granted. The ad-interim stay as modified under order dated 8th May 2003 shall stand continue till 31st July 2003.
